Our client had an influx of multiple new, large clients requiring a significant upgrade to their IT systems. As a result, the client found themselves with a need for ten additional team members, most of whom required highly niche industry skills. After spending three weeks attempting to fill these jobs internally, the client reached out to Innovar Group for help.
Innovar Group determined that allocating one Project Manager and two recruitment teams would be the best solution for satisfying the hiring needs of the client. Under this scenario, each recruitment team was built with a sourcer, vetting agent, and senior recruiter. We divided the required positions into four skill categories including systems engineering, software development, project management, and quality assurance. We then allocated two skill areas to each team, and launched our recruitment efforts.
Within two weeks we had filled three of the vacant roles and over the course of the next six weeks, we filled the remaining eleven positions that had been identified as critical. As a direct result of our work, the client was able to maintain their focus on scaling their software solution, thus satisfying their client’s requirements.
