Our Team - Diane Pacheco

Diane Pacheco President and Co-Founded Innovar Group where she is responsible for long-term strategic planning and all financial and infrastructure activities. Diane is a seasoned thought-leader and has numerous years of experience as a senior decision maker. Under Diane’s guidance, Innovar has steadily grown to be a million dollar company that has been profitable from day one without external funding.

Earlier in her career, Diane worked as a Scientist in leading-edge gene therapy and cancer research programs. Diane has an advanced degree from the University of Southern California, a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from CSU and was honored with the Boettcher Scholar award.
